Multiple PCBAs can be inspected automatically by setting them only once.
Passed and rejected PCBAs are separated automatically after inspection only by installing the racks both on the loader and unloader sides. There is an empty space between passed and rejected PCBAs. One operator can handle multiple units at the same time.
Integration of loader and unloader
This system is superior in cost and size (compact) because it is not necessary to install AOI and loader/unloader separately. Supports reduction of labor cost by expanding a work scope and improving work efficiency of each operator. It is optimum for the layout of multiple because it is compact.
